Hello overheated Sachsers!
I had troubles with this fu...ing Imageshack!
But now! i can explain!
During this long winter, i have verified an old idea:
- temp is different in the two parts of the stupid watercooler. (two parts). It was easy to verify: warm on the left part, cold on the right part.
Fan thermoswitch is on the right part, but hot water comes on the left.
So i have drawn a little PDF to explain difference between Suz 800 and Sachs 800.

For expansion vase, a 2 liters circuit needs over 100 cc for a good security in summer.
The original part (under pressure) is a sh...t used on pocket bikes! I found it on web!!!
I hope you can understand with my bad english and drawings...
Good evening

History:
Sachs 800 Überhitzung
Good evening gentlemen!
I was looking for a new expansion vase (Ausgleichsbehälter). I didn't find a good model for the short place. So i meaned it's possible to use the old (repaired) part. Cap is opened with a drill for a free overflow. Now this part is not under pressure...
I didn't find a 100/95° or a 98/92° thermoswitch for fan.
So i test a 95/90°.
Today, bad weather. But it can change quickly!
So "bis bald" for a weather report.

The old part is a sh..t under pressure, but volume (over 100 ccm) is OK!
Verified by Clouseau on a ROUND part...
But i think it's OK with a new part!...
Hoi Inspektor Clouseau,
long times, 10 years after the produktion, we get a perfect Sachs.
In German "Bananeneffekt" = Ware reift beim Kunden
Like the banana: The commodity matures at the customer.
little Tank with expansion? wow....
My meaning: it´s very important to have enough air in the cooler-tank.
Level/Stand on the bottom (not more fluid) of the tank is the best for expansion in the tank.
Greatings to toulouse.

Hello! Allways overheated Sachs-bikers!
Two WE. 900-1000 kms....
Last WE: 29° in the air, 130 km/h (GPS) on speed way during 60 kms..., a part in traffic and a long red light. Fan started! When i am running, fan is stopped.
The end: Engine is cool again. I open cap of watercooler: level is full! And level in expansion tank is allways the same...
So:
CERTIFIED BY CLOUSEAU WITHOUT TÜV.
@Tityves: il faudrait fournir des photos du montage de ta B 805...
Hello! Pocket-Sachsers

Tityves (the only owner of B805 in france) found his B805 in Switzerland.

The owner is Kaschoggi?

Gratulation for this detection
Stefan

Hello Stefan,
It's not so simple! Montage is only good if expansion tank is not under pressure!....
I just wanted to say: same problems, same solutions in Switzerland and in France.......but no TÜV in Germany...
Hello! Lost in Sahara Sachsers!
Today, a new assembling for "Le Légionnaire".

With expansion tank for italian pocket-bike (modified by Clouseau Engineering) and Thermocontact 95/90°...
Today, 31° in Toulouse. On the road again and short time at red light. Fan was not working, allways with 95/90° thermocontact on two radiators watercooler.
For single waterccooler, you must wait for F 805......or Doc D... in germany....
Bis bald.
Clouseau
So 60% of french Sachs 800 are ready for summer.
In Germany? and all over the world..........!.....?
